Hi!  I am Mrs. Clawson!!  I am a first grade teacher here at Cheyenne.  This is my seventh year of teaching at Cheyenne.  I have taught 3rd grade and also Kindergarten.  I feel very lucky to be able to work at such a  great school that is full of amazing students and supportive parents. I look forward to a FABULOUS year ahead!  
Before I started teaching I graduated from Desert Mountain High School here in Scottsdale and then attended ASU for four years, GO SUN DEVILS!  I have my Bachelors in Elementary Education and my Master's in Early Childhood Education.  I truly have a passion for teaching and love watching my students progress each day, it's amazing. 
Outside of teaching I love hanging out with my husband, family, friends, and especially our "puppy" (that's right, my 125 pound Bernese Mountain dog), Tank!  I also love going to the movies, sporting events, or just hanging out at home.
